Your privacy is important to 14017617 Canada Inc. (d.b.a. Enigma Escape Room) (the “Company”). This Privacy Statement explains how the Company collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information, including information collected through the Company website and when you otherwise generally interact with the Company.
In this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means information about an identifiable individual, such as an individual’s name and email address, but does not include, to the extent permitted by law, information that is publicly available in a telephone directory, business contact information that enables an individual to be contacted at a place of business, and other kinds of information that are not subject to regulation by personal information protection or privacy laws.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – PAYMENT GATEWAY
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe, Paypal, or a credit card processor (indicated at checkout) stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

SECTION 9 – SMS AND MOBILE OPT-IN
SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers for SMS purposes will NOT be shared with third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
OPT IN CONSENT: By submitting your phone number, you are authorizing to send you text messages and notifications. Standard message/data rates apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to unsubscribe to a message sent from us.

Such a great experience! The staff was super accommodating — we arrived around 11:45 and changed rooms last minute, and they were totally cool about it. Every room was well designed, immersive, and really fun. This is easily my favourite escape room I’ve done so far. Perfect for a late-night couples date or a fun night out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different and exciting!

We had an amazing time in the Godfather Room at Enigma! It was our first time doing an escape room (although we watched a lot of youtube videos to prep 😂), and it was so much more fun than we anticipated!

The workers were super helpful when explaining the rules and giving us hints when we were stuck. They were even nice enough to give us some extra time to finish the room since we were so close!

The room itself had great decorations and a lot of different puzzles to solve! I definitely recommend anyone to try as a fun team-bonding activity with family and friends!

WE HAVE DONE THREE ESCAPE ROOMS OVER THE LAST 3 DAYS! Even finished one and started another right after! It was so much fun that we couldn’t get enough. I wish I was staying longer so we could do even more! Annie was so helpful and encouraging, but also helped so much with the suspense and magic of the rooms. She really set the tone for a fun experience. She’s great- whatever she’s getting paid isn’t enough. It was a 10/10 experience because of how great the rooms are and because of her!

Really fun experience for a group that is new to escape rooms! The staff was really well trained in customer service and experience. They made our time more enjoyable. We did the jungle room, and it was very intricate and well designed. With the help of the staff, we were able to escape! Even when we showed up 10 mins late, they didn’t make us feel like we lost any time, and even gave us a few extra minutes to escape the room. I would highly recommend this experience for your group!

I had so much fun at Enigma Escape Room! I did the Hannibal and Haunted Toy Store rooms. I really enjoyed both experiences. Hannibal was decently scary and the last room was the hardest to escape as there were more puzzles. However, it was very fun to try and finish the room. The Haunted Store had scares here and there but in both experiences, I enjoyed discovering the story as you solved puzzles. They had some unique ways to unlock or obtain items that I haven’t seen in other escape rooms. The hint book was very helpful and I used it a lot. The staff was also very accommodating and gave some useful hints when completing the puzzles. I would definitely come back here again to try more rooms!
